Winter Polo Swim is designed to maintain and improve water polo swim fitness and skills for new players and those who
would like to maintain their fiitness throughout winter.
The 1 hour weekly program incorporates water polo specifice swim sets for fitness, ball work to improve skills,
passing and practice games.
Beginners are welcome but all particpants need to be able to thread water for the entire session in deep water.
Suitable for ages 7 -12, returning players are welcome.
