Our Annual General Meeting is a great chance to hear about what's planned for our upcoming year as well as what's been achieved during the 2019-20 fiscal year, which ended on April 30. 

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation the Club's AGM for season 2019-20 will be held as a Zoom Meeting with a 7:00 pm start on Thursday the 6th of August . If it looks like it will be safe to run this as a face to face meeting closer to the date, we will email details to those who have RSVP’d for the AGM. Either way, we will require an RSVP this year. We have set up the AGM as an event you can easily register for via the clubs’ website.

Motions

Members desiring motions to be considered at the meeting shall submit notice of the proposed motions to Ross Dembecki, the Secretary ( secretary.dwpc@gmail.com ) by Thursday 30th July 2020.

Nominations

All positions of Committee are open for election. Nominations of candidates for elections as Office Bearers of the Club or as Ordinary Members or Advisory Members of the Committee can be made by email to Ross Dembecki, the Secretary ( secretary.dwpc@gmail.com ) by Thursday July 30th 2020.
